Adam Weiss, the Western Region Vice President of C & J Engineering Technical Services, LLC (CJETS), is a twenty-five year veteran of Technology Sales including 15 years in Sales and Sales Management in the Electronic Design Automation (EDA) and the Mechanical Design Automation (CAD) industry. Adam has held a range of successful positions throughout his career which include: Regional Sales Manager for Magma Design Automation, Regional Sales Manager for Avanti Corporation, and Regional Sales Manager for MatrixOne, Inc. Through these experiences, Adam has attained extensive knowledge of multiple industry sectors including, DOD, semiconductor, nanotechnology, engineering design software. Additionally, these positions have helped Adam to develop a powerful network of resources. Adam's early career was spent at MatrixOne, where in 7 years he began developing his skills in Complex Strategic Sales and Sales Management. Adam is accomplished in Miller Heiman and Neil Rackham philosophies and has the unique ability to both directly apply and also teach these skills to others. Adam Weiss holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from California State University, Fullerton.
