Satish Kambalimath has over 18 years of experience in the Semiconductor and Electronic Design Automation industry, in a vast array of senior leadership roles in engineering, marketing, sales and product delivery to the market place. He has held senior management roles at AT&T, Lucent's Bell Labs and as head of Worldwide Sales and Business development for the Systems and Functional Verification Business Unit at Cadence Design Systems. Satish has extensive experience in taking emerging technologies from inception to successful product launch and proliferation.
Most recently, Satish co-founded and was Chief Operating Officer of a RFID Solutions company Transpond Global Solutions, delivering Intelligent, simple to use, cost effective solutions to the market place. Developed the industry’s first, Generation2 UHF IntelliAntenna™ (Reader-Antenna Combination product) powered over Ethernet, under $500
He serves on the Board of Pragathi a non-profit organization, helping to promote primary education and women empowerment in rural India. He holds an MS in Computer Engineering from Florida Institute of Technology and a BS in Electronics and Communications from the University of Mysore, India.
