Craig Wentzel, the President and Founder of both C & J Engineering Technical Services, LLC (CJETS) and Applied Cell Processing Technology (ACPT). Inc, is a twenty-eight year veteran of the Electronic Design Automation (EDA) and the Test and Measurement industry.
Craig has held a range of successful positions throughout his career which include: VP of Sales - Americas for IBM Corporation, VP of Sales for Magma Design Automation, Senior VP of Business Operations for Get2Chip, and VP of Sales and Business Development for Cadence Design. Through these experiences, Craig has attained extensive knowledge of multiple industry sectors including bio-technology, DOD, semiconductor, nanotechnology, engineering design software, super computer simulations, engineering software, and finance. Additionally, these positions have helped Craig to develop a powerful network of resources. Craig’s early formative career was spent at Tektronix Inc., where in 10 years he held a myriad of management, sales engineering and business development positions. Craig has been an instrumental part of two successful IPO’s and many company buyouts and acquisitions. Craig had also taught electrical engineering full time at The College of NJ before he launched into his business career, and has resumed an adjunct position in the Engineering Department at The College of NJ.
Craig Wentzel holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering and Technology from The College of NJ, and a Master of Science degree in Biomedical Engineering from Rutgers University. He has training certifications in digital signal processing, business, and leadership from various educational institutions including Harvard University and San Jose State University. He is also an active member and member at large of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers - Princeton Section, and the New Jersey Technology Council. Craig also serves as an Industrial Advisor for The College of New Jersey’s Engineering Department, and for DeVry University.
